Recently I have come to Hiroshima University, Japan to study 2 years masters of Economics with Japanese Grant Aid for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS) Program.
I have a B.Sc.(Hon's) and Master's degree in Applied Statistics securing 1st class results in both exam from the Institute of Statistical Research and Training (ISRT), University of Dhaka (DU).
After my graduation, I have joined in ICDDR,B (International Centre for Diarrhoeal Disease Research, Bangladesh - an international health research institution located in Dhaka) as Senior Research Assistant in the Public Health Sciences Division. Then I have joined in at Bangladesh Bank (Central Bank of Bangladesh) as Assistant Director in 21 April, 2010 and still have been working there as Additional Director in the department of Credit Information Bureau.
I have over 5 years of experience of teaching, research, training and consultancy in the different fields like Statistics, Economics, Health Science and so on.
